Contenders is a 15 minute short form exploring heroic acts from the younger generation and how they are, despite often criticised, the first to respond to a calling.
Contenders screened at Academy and Bafta Qualifying festivals in 2019 including those near her home town – Aesthetica Film Festival and Leeds International Film Festival. She was voted Best First Time Director at Indie Shorts Los Angeles where Contenders also picked up the award for Best Cinematography.
